“ We are new to the area, and when we first came here, we had an amazing experience. Everyone seemed very friendly. Our toddler accidentally made a mess, and when we offered to clean it up, the employee kindly told us not to worry and that she would take care of it. That level of customer service really stood out to us. Unfortunately, our last few visits have been disappointing. The last two times we came, the lobby was closed, so we had to take our food home instead of eating there. Then on our most recent visit, we ordered our food around 8:00 PM and were told they would be closing in 20 minutes. We got our food and left, but once again felt rushed. At this point, I'm honestly not sure what the lobby hours are anymore because we've visited three different times, and twice we were told the lobby was either closed or about to close it says on line they close at 10pm and the definitely not the truth. We really wanted to give Jilbertito's 5 stars because our first experience was so positive, but our last two visits have left us disappointed. ”
